May 22, 2013: Ottawa, OH  - Michael Aaron Fay, the 17 year old boy charged with killing 17 year old Blake Romes and his 14 year old brother Blaine Romes was in Putnam County Juvenile Court Tuesday where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

On May 9, 2013 an Amber Alert was issued for all three teens the day after the mother of Blake and Blaine found a gun and blood inside the trailer where she and her sons lived.

When Fay was found he was driving a stolen car and then told the police that the brothers were dead and showed authorities where the bodies could be found.

According to the prosecutor both boys were shot once in the head.
