May 21, 2013: Celina, OH - The Mercer County Grand Jury has cleared Patrolman Andy Regedanz, a 12 year veteran of the Celina police force to return to duty following an "officer involved" shooting in April.

Regedanz was involved in the shooting of Robert Hensley on April 10 when it was reported that Hensley was spotted walking down East Market Street with a firearm.  The grand jury ruled last Thursday that Regedanz was justified in shooting Hensley who was waving a firearm and ignored an order to drop the weapon.
