Ohio Lethal Injection Agreement Reached
March 26, 2015-
A dispute over death row inmates' subpoenas of Board of Pharmacy information regarding drugs used for lethal injections has been resolved. The issue was inmates wanted their lawyers to find out more about Ohio's lethal injection process. Currently, the process calls for two drugs the state doesn't have and may be available only in specialty doses created by certain compounding pharmacies.
In a court filing yesterday, lawyers for the state and for inmates said the dispute had been resolved. No further details were given.
