Fuel Prices on the Rise

April 27, 2015

Drivers in Ohio are seeing an increase at the pump.  Analysts say prices at the pump are increasing as gasoline costs catch up to higher oil prices.  One gallon of regular gas is averaging $2.50.  This is an increase of 9 cents compared to last week.  Prices do remain quite a bit lower than last year at this time, when the state average was $3.77 per gallon.  The average for Ohio is slightly less than the national average, which sits at $2.54 per gallon.  This is an increase of 8 cents from last week, but $1.16 cheaper than one year ago.
